Mounting drawer pulls made easy!
February 7, 2009

Out of all the decorative hardware that is in your home, drawer pulls and and cabinet knobs are by far the easiest to install. Other types of decorative hardware such as door knobs, deadbolt and mortise locks can often prove to rate difficult when it comes to your do-it-yourself installers.
Almost all cabinet hardware which usually comes in the form of knobs and pulls of different variations, can and should be fairly easy when it comes to mounting them. A drill (electric or battery) with a small variety of bits, some different sized wrenches, a measuring tape, pencil, and a screwdriver or two should just about all that you will need for the average person.
If you wish, you could make a wood jig like the ones used in the pictures above, so that your hardware is installed precisely on every door or drawer. Again, take your time and your cabinets will become the pride of your kitchen.
